Critical Security Patch Deployment

Dear Valued Users/Customers,

We have received an urgent notification from our infrastructure provider, regarding a critical Linux security vulnerability that poses a direct risk to virtualized environments globally.

To protect our systems and your data, they must immediately deploy a mandatory security patch. This process requires rebooting all of our servers.

Please read the following details carefully, as this will cause service interruptions.

​Maintenance Windows:​​

​Window 1:​​ September 29, 2025, from 15:00 UTC to 23:00 UTC
Window 2:​​ September 30, 2025, from 15:00 UTC to 23:00 UTC

​Expected Impact & Important Details:​​

This is a significant event for our infrastructure. Due to the large number of servers, Our cloud service provider will perform reboots in a random order across the entire 8-hour window on each day.

• Extended Risk Period:​​ Service interruptions are ​not​ confined to the start of the window. They can and will occur randomly at any point during the two 8-hour periods listed above.
• ​Service Interruption:​​ Each server reboot will cause an outage of approximately ​5-10 minutes.
• Full Platform Unavailability:​​ During these brief restarts, the entire platform will be unreachable. This includes:
All chatbots and applications being offline.
Load balancers restarting, causing complete external unavailability.
API and Webhook endpoints not receiving or processing requests.
Database connection failures.

​Potential for Data Sync Issues:​​ While unlikely, there is a inherent risk of database synchronization issues following a large-scale restart. Our team will be monitoring closely, but we want to make you aware of this potentiality.
​What We Are Doing:​​

We are actively communicating with cloud service provider to understand if any mitigation strategies are possible. However, applying this patch is mandatory for security.
Our team will be on standby throughout the entire process to monitor the restart sequence and verify service health once completed.

​Action Required for Your Users:​​

We strongly advise you to ​notify your users​ and avoid performing any critical operations or transactions during these two days, specifically between 15:00 - 23:00 UTC.
